About:

This blog began in 2011, while I was in Canada and South Africa on a CIDA placement. Some of the elements of my work were community needs assessment, gender analysis & cooperative development.

During 2012 and 2013, I have worked with local non-profit organizations in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. My interests and work include community development, sexual health, capacity building, arts & culture and applied research.
